Motel Cavalo Branco

Being there with a friend on 12/31/2023 to spend New Year's Eve, we paid for the luxury overnight stay. Well, when we arrived there was already some confusion... The receptionist who attended to us informed us that the prices were different and I showed her what they sent on WhatsApp, the price list for each room and I asked on WhatsApp and I showed her everything. , she confirmed that the prices were different, cool, we stayed in the luxury luxury which was very expensive, almost 500 reais. Arriving in the room, we didn't like it because it was very small and uncomfortable and the air conditioning wasn't working. We asked to change rooms, they did and put us in a much better one, but more spacious, this one was ok!! So we asked for the Bluetooth sound and it wasn't working we asked to change it and they said they would change it, but they didn't change it, they just sent the sound charger, but the sound doesn't work and keeps turning off all the time. We let it go and went to watch TV. This one had 2 TVs and a sound for the radio, only 2 towels and 1 half-used soap and shampoo and conditioner, there was almost nothing. The hydro is actually ok, another thing is the delay in preparing the portions, there was almost no time for us to eat, they took hours, we ordered almost 3 hours in advance. Positive point for the room we changed, which was spacious and clean, breakfast was ok, nothing to complain about and it's not noisy, it's peaceful at night to sleep, listen to music, watch TV, etc... In short, other than those things that happened, it was ok. But maybe I'll go back but you need to pay attention to these things, especially the prices, which online is one and in person is another!!!

My husband and I, we are avid regulars, we really like the Cavalo Branco Motel, beautiful rooms, wonderful cleanliness, very good breakfast, my dissatisfaction is always the same, every time we go, we always spend the night, and it's time to leave There's always a huge delay for release, it's always, always, always!! This should really improve, to align with the other services offered by the Motel.
